Ran my car today for the first time.kinda disappointed. Best time was 13.9. Its an 08 Nismo. Mods are megan test pipe and Y-pipe and AP exhaust. Could not get a great launch. Newbie here. Any tips would be greatly appreciate it.

 

First trip to the track. Not good enough for the list, but here it is anyway. The best of five passes.

gotta find my timeslip somewhere around here but back in march i went 13.3x @ 106.6x all motor in street tires with a 2.0X 60' forget the exact numbers down to the .01

 

that was all motor lol, and it was 98 degrees out, i dont have the nitrous hooked up yet, im going aug 27 to ge the nitrous tuned

 

Good luck. You will be hard pressed to get low 11's with your setup and power

 

i know ill be able to hit 11s. once i get used to the set up ill be able o hit 11.3s or lower i know i can, guy had a 150 shot on here that is ranked 1st in the nitrous times and he ran an 11.3 at 118 on stock motor with some bolt ons and a tune.. we will see how it goes when i take it ot the trac k

 

2bad240 did get an 11.302 with bolt ons and a 150 shot. He is a damn good driver as well. Like I said, not impossible but not as easy as it may look.

 

2004 350z Enthusiast 6spd with S&R Performance single turbo kit. Boosting 6.3psi on stock internals. This is my first time on a track in over three years and my first time after getting boosted. I was on ET Streets.

I know that my 60ft sucked! I need practice, but I wonder what the potential of the car is at the moment.

 

if you can get your 60ft's down to where mine were then you should be high 11 to a low low 12

Weather condition was probably the worst I've ever raced in
Rained earlier in the day, 11PM Temp was unreal about 84F, nut sweating humidity was off the charts.

I definitely felt it in the car, cant wait untill it cools down a bit

Launch:
18psi without doing a burnout launching at 5k , running 13.00s cutting 1.8 60's all night then my absolute last run I get a worse 60' 1.9 and run my 12.98 lol . So much more left in this car.

I had to pu$$yfoot it into 2nd gear, I was getting serious 2nd gear lock out all night so I took it easy and shifted slow , I have no idea why

Next run will be in cooler temps, hopefully tuned, with long tube intakes and when I see real results from PPE Long Tube Header owners ill get them.

thank you sir, yes i definitely need one. I have the uprev pro tuner lol just scared to really use it so i just left it stock for now.

 

damn i just realized my old time is last on the list lol i guess i havent updated since forever ago.

 

been out a few times here lately and no progress. just traction issues and heat!

still trapping 121 so still has plenty of power even in the heat.
