I hope that nothing is permanently screwed up other than an out of balance AF ratio. I'll try to get better pics....soon!
I'm glad you felt that way. Drag racing, while it may not be as involving as the other motorsports, does require a bit of skill. Plus, it's a safer and legal alternative to the street racing.

20" wheels, the weight of the Touring trim package, navigation, and convertible will slow you down, but not to the extent of shedding 10mph from your trap. Also, many people have more bolt ons than you do without a tune. You definitely need to check this out.

1st pass was 15.299 @ 89.3 with an RT of .752
2nd pass was 15.105 @ 89.6 with an RT of .586
3rd pass was 15.371 @ 87.05 with an RT of .131

These times seem slower than expected?
Was this going uphill?

Remember to turn off your traction control when you race.

i noticed as well that my traction control slowed me down. I ran a 15.001 in mine with the traction control on. Of course my dad was in the car with me and he is around 200lbs. So that will slow me down about .2 in time.

I'm not sure, neither. It is a rather weak time, huh?

It's because not many are into drag racing as we'd think or like them to be.

“Bumped-off” is more friendly than “kicked-off.”

No, they've been kicked off. They are no longer worthy enough to be on the list.

Yeah, I'm not sure why I said "kicked off." I meant to say "slightly nudged to the side."

Here are all (3) three of my timeslips as #4701....am I official now? Started thinking that maybe I missed some optimal shift points by running in manual mode. Unfortunately, I never made a pass in full AT for comparison sake.

I am going to make a couple more passes once the Vortech is installed and tuned....will also post those timeslips.

Netacoma2003, good show. There is room for improvement, however. Also, it's awesome that you're actually providing timeslips rather than just posting up numbers. Unfortunately, the list is a top 25 list and the cut off seems to be a 13.6ish, so you will not be added at this time. I'm looking forward to your Vortech run, though.

SlowZster, that's not a bad time. With that trap, you definitely can get dive a bit deeper into 12s even with the same 60' time. Good driving.

Thanks for the vote of confidence! I wish the track was still open to do another day out there for this season I think I could have pulled a 12.5 with a couple more passes. Oh well. Have to wait till next year I suppose.
