My Z when it was 380whp ran a 13.3 at our elevation of over 5k feet and the DA was 8.

A lot of the responses seemed that they "might" apply to the pre-07's. I think that's what most of them are basing their responses on. Few people seem to be educated about the new HR Z's.

But in any case, most people are always more biased to the car they drive. I try to stay objectionable but sometimes lean towards the Z simply because I love it, lol.

Of course some guys will be able to run low 13's at some tracks with stock or close to stock car . But it takes 350whp at other tracks to run a low 13 . It takes a good track and track prep to run low times with less whp .

That's true, but on the flip side that also means the Mustang is going to have to run in those same conditions when at the same track. Which means it's also going to run slower.

On average, a mustang driver's IQ is approximately 1/2 that of a Z owner's.

i'm actually pretty impressed with the civility of that thread. you didn't see anyone on there questioning the inteligence of a driver by his choice of car. one very misinformed dude made a dumb comment. that's all.
