Signed though I find this portion weak:

Secondly, the front license plate negatively affects the efficiency of the vehicle by interrupting the aerodynamics with the plate at the vehicle's primary point of attack.
But the rest of the petition has some strong points against it

heh, it's got some truth to it. It also blocks some radiators to working to it's full potential. or fmic's haha.
