Any chance you had insurance? and opened it in front of the delivery person or at the depot?.

Against regulations the fed ex guy dropped it off at a neighbors place and she signed for it. She didn't want to but she said the guy seemed rather desparate to get rid of it. I think it was insured, but that's up to the shipper in this case since it was a used product purchase. No matter what happens, I'm hopeful I can get my money back in an amicable fashion. If not amicably, Platinum Visa Purchase Protection FTW.

^Welllllllllllllllll, UPS absolutely owned my 1st HKS exhaust I had to exchange. It's just me. I have to change my name back to "worst modifer ever". I have had problems with every mod I've ever bought.

that friggen sux, when my kit came in all 4 peices were cracked, i ended up molding the front and rear lip to the bumper thats how friggen bad it was cracked =(
