Nissan will still honour the warranty but since Nissan North America pays it out and not Nissan Canada you could run into a wait to get work done.
Also if it has been converted to KM how well was the speedo swap recorded? at what mileage was it done? That model sells for $28,000 in the states brand new.

When a Veh is purchased from the US it needs to be in the original owners name for 6 months in order to posses a warranty. I have done alot of research in this matter once finding out that my Z was brought across the border. I contacted Nissan North America where they sent me details on this information. people seem to think that American veh are worth less, when really its Canadian Veh's are over priced. I suggest if your not interested in my car then spend your time on a different thread. if my car goes for 28'000 new then go and take a trip to south and purchase one there. We all know that the 350Z is built in Japan from all the same steel and plastic, just because mine took a trip to Tampa instead of somewhere in Canada doesnt make it less of a Z then yours. im not trying to come on strong im just stating the obvious.
