Default Question About UpRev.! Will the HR motor Gain any Power?

will the HR motor gain any power without any mods after UpRev tune?

or maybe with an aftermarket exhaust system ?

if so , what will be the gain?

5-10 whp is what most see from reflash plus tune. It's throughout the powerband so you'll definitely feel it.

there are plenty of mods you can do. I'll help out since you're famous for making the legendary 'why does my oil pressure go up when I accelerate' thread

You might not see any gain from getting dual JWT's but the bulk of evidence supports a few hp....also HFC's instead of cats will help....headers if you want, but they're like 4 hours labour....keep in mind that the UPREV can help you maximise the gains that you see from your boltons. Not all the power comes from the actual software change per se, but adjusting the afr and stuff to compensate for the additional breathing mods you have. Anyway, you WILL feel the difference...its hard to say exactly what you will gain. Someone on here gained 20WHP! Someone else only gained 7 or something.

It depends on which mod you have really.

Here's an example:
Same exact motor, different mods.

Reality350 showed 219whp on a stock motor with only an exhaust.

After all the bolt ons without the tune he produced 240whp.

My base dyno was at 250whp with exhaust, test pipes and K&N drop in filter.

Got it tuned and final dyno run was 260whp.

Let's assume that my "stock" base dyno is 219whp, I gained over 40whp with those 4 mods I have.
