I believe the ONLY way to go is with Nissan's brand. It's called J matic I believe, it use to be called S matic, but they changed it for some reason. I might have the two names mixed up though... J could be the old and S could be the new. Anyways, I've heard this is the only way to go when changing trans oil in our cars.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong though.

Partsource has Amsoil? They don't carry Redline.

What viscosity should I get if I go the Amsoil way.

With Redline I'm able to mix to get the OEM viscosity.

Dealers saids every 80k, we do recomm. most of fluids change(tranny, diff, brake, clutch) every 50k-60k, it up to the owner, so that its easier to keep track of.

although, clutch n brakes are recomm for every 100k.

MTL's velocity doesnt sound too right on a nissan MT, unless you are using it during cold winter weather

I'm going AmsOil in both the 6MT and the diff this spring.
I have been using their motor oil for 35K and runs great.
