First off there is now way RSX Type S are running 10psi for any length of time without upgrading internals. Most daily driven Hondas run about 6-7 psi with 8-9psi at the track. A few like the B18b (Acura LS) engines have a low enough cr (9:1) to run 10psi with proper tuning. Almost all Hondas/Acuras have weak piston rings and need forged pistons for boost to get into double digits. There is maybe one produced turbo kit for the RSX-S and it isn't widely used at this time. Companies such as Greddy and Jackson Racing haven't produced kits yet.

have you read Corky Bell's maximum boost ??? there is alot of info that will disaagree with your views of compression and boost. The RSX-S does seem to be able to push 10 psi, and there are a couple of them doing it, just go surf club RSX and see for your self. Anyways i couldn't give any about a rsx, i am interested in the Z, i would say 12 psi is possible with intercooler and tuning and at 12 psi you could expect anywhere between 420 to 450 whp depending on how well the engine flows. Some engines gain alot of power from little boost, and a hogher compression engine has way less turbo lag since it has power of its own, and as a rule higher compression makes more power than the volumetriccalculation of boost , as in 15 psi doubles your power(some engines this is not an accurate calculation, the Z's engine would have a even higher gain per psi, though i know 15 psi is not realistic.
