Does anyone know the stock timing for the 350z
i believe it is supposed to be 11 btdc mechanical before the ecu gets it. but curious why you need to know. it is non-adjustable. unless you indexed you crank or flywheel differently, there is nothing you can do to change it.
Im talking about the timing in the engine in nissan they have a machine that you plug into your ECU and reads your engine and displays all the factors and lets you adjust the timing do you know what im talking about.
i have not heard for sure that the timing maps can be adjusted with the consult-2. besides, you will find yourself VERY hard pressed to get a dealer to do it. most do not have the knowledge to set up a base map for f/i. i had to beg for 2.5 months to even have them put the consult-2 on my car just to read a few sensors and not adjust anything.
