Default Turbonetics TS-1 Motor Oil

Has anyone used this in their car? I was browsing around and stumbled upon it and it doesn't seem to be specifically made towards FI cars. I wonder how it compares to amsoil and redline.

At least it's full synthetic.
It probably won't be much different than MOTUL's full synthetic oil IMO. Every company has their own spin on it, their own additives and such. BUt full synthetics are much better than oils like mobil 1 or castol etc... because those oils only use synthetic additives, they are not full synthetic.

I run the Motul 300V, but have not heard anything about the Turbonetics oil as of yet. I don't think it's specifically formulated for FI cars, but a full synthetic oil works very well for us with FI.

Actually its been GREAT for me... I've used it since I went boost. I'm attaching an oil analysis after several thousand boosted miles on TS-1 oil and the Turbonetics spec sheet on it..

BTW Mossy Peformance a vendor here sells and stocks it too:

Yeah, its not everday you read about phosphorus and magnesium. BTW magnesium wheels can catch on fire, it is very flammable. Great oil also, isnt it blue? I remember seeing it in my turbonetics catalog.

Hmm, I like the turbonetics because it seems to be a little cheaper than motul. I think I'll try it this next oil change.

Glad you are going to check it out. I doubt you'll be disappointed.
