I also have the same problems.
When I have been riding her hard, she really does not want to shift into 2nd.
This is a REAL BIATCH when I am doing a lot of runs on the strip as I have to leave it in neutral, let of the clutch then try it again.

wait, why would clutch to the floor be the problem?
i am experiencing the same thing, but i thought it was cause i wasnt putting the clutch all the way to the floor... until a few times now i have had it completely to the floor, try to go into 2nd (this is after full acceleration in 1st) and it doesn't go into 2nd - and I completely grind the gear. Granted, I have only been driving stick for a few months now, but I thought this wasnt supposed to happen if you have the clutch all the way to the floor.
And I have a 2006 btw.

well i know that the 05s and before had the problemi was just checkin with my 06 buddys to make sure that everyone else was having the same freakin problem... ive tried almost ever depth of clutch in and i still get the problem after a couple runs....
And I too have a problem getting it into 1st sometimes when the motor is cold or warm... i just slightly release the clutch and push it back in and it will let it go in... or rev up the motor and sometimes that works too...

if you hyper extend the pressure plate (harder to do with standard size clutches but does happen especially when people do the pedal adjustment mods) the clutch re-engauges itself and its like you arent even pressing down on it...

in my Z... I had to put the car in 2nd gear before I could put it into first...
there are a few people on this board who have put in pedal stops to keep their clutch pedal from going to the floor when using OEM sized clutches... it helped made shifting smoother...
