does anyone know what the change in power would be with the brian crower 4.15L stroker??

well.............you should increase the head flow, cam lift/duration, etc to take advantage of the extra cubes. IF you do that, you'll see great gains.....If not, you may only get small peak HP increase, a solid torque bump, and possible a less usuable RPM range.
It all depends on the implementation of the kit. How heavy are the crank, rods, pistons, etc? what's the rod ratio like? piston side loading? too many variables to really say.

We are currently installing a 4.15 86.4 mm Kit in an APS powered car.We doing the cams and valves and some mild head work..We will let you know soon.

Good luck with that project, I am looking forward to the results. I went with the 100mm kit and I am obviously doing an NA build.
