not to offend anybody but , op if you know how to use a wrench, ratchet, screwdriver and it's easy if you have, time and PATIENCE you should do it yourself.
But if you open your hood and look at whats involve and have second thoughts get some professional help with the install , My friend just looked at the box that his spacer came in and he called me to install it. The intake is the least of your concern.

Think about it.

instead of asking people on a national forum, what costs would be, why not ask in your regional forum, or call local shops and ask them, or stop down so they can see what's involved? Labor rates obviously vary based on where in the country you live, so what someone pays in Iowa can be very different from what you pay in LA

Not to mention, that you can't install a popcharger, and a CAI together...but thats another story I suppose

about 1-1.5 hours at most shops.
But as mentioned, its fairly easy to do, but I know that working on your own car can be daunting, especially if you dont have tools, space, etc..etc. We've install a lot of spacers and such....no shame in that.
