Default Horrible Gas Mileage

hey guys....well i just noticed i have horrible gas mileage. This just recently happened. usually around city i would be at 17.8-18.2....now i noticed yeterday and it was 12.3-13.9.... i went thru 1/4 tank in 52 miles, and thats NOT BEATING ON IT when i turn my car on in the morning all i smell is fuel. i thought maybe it might be my spark plugs cuz it has been 10,000 miles since i changed them. My mods consist of SSV, test pipes, HKS exhaust, and popcharger. this just occured in the past few days? any ideas?

Thanks
Dan

O2 sensors could be fouled.
