synthetic vs non-synthetic oil?

Default synthetic vs non-synthetic oil?

Well I searched but didn't find much except oil consumption threads.

I'm about to get a oil change done on my Z what is better? synthetic or non? I don't know jack about oil.

There are certain synthetic oils that can get you up to 15 hp. I dont remember which one, but you can search and find it.

I heard if you fap into your oil it can yield up to a 15-30 rwhp gain.
