Keep it serviced and respect the break in period, and then all bets are off!!!

These cars are tough and can handle almost anything you throw at them

^^ Good luck with that one.

I'm not so sure that is good advice. Nissan describes its warranty, and abuse is clearly not covered. And... abuse is easily detected.

Maybe you are just kidding?

Pedal to the Metal man! If something breaks... Just give me a call Nothing better sounding than a VQ35 under full throttle.

I tried doin the break in period. But after a few hundred miles I said fck it. I redlined in a few gears. All stupid crap. Car runs the same as I got it day one a year ago. I got an 08 too. You'll be fine. I read a thing about how during the break in you need to go hard because of the seals and all the crap in th engine. Because if you baby it for 500-1000 miles. Then you pound on it. The engine won't be able to handle that kind of sudden stress. So beat on it a bit while ur breaking it in.

Its funny you say that. Judging by your sigs, cars driven hard during break in really do become faster.

That could very will be true as I will never claim to be a great driver. I just really dont believe in most of these break in "rules."
