Default Need some help with oem g35 diff

Hey Guys, anyone knows if the G35 06 c differential (lsd) is equal to 06 differential(no lsd) 350z?, because when i put on my Z, both rims had a play, so i dont know if the axles of the G35 are bigger than those ,or the differential fron the Z is shorter?.............help please!

Are you talking about a full pumpkin or just a diff change? I believe the axle stubbs are different between the LSD and non LSD. But, if you are swapping the entire pumpkin, you should have no problem.

The G pumpkin will bolt right in to your Z. Use the stub axles that are already in the G pumkin and use the stock axles (half shafts) that are already on your Z. Remember that the inner CV joints are telescopic. They move in and out making the axle longer and shorter with suspension movement. You may have to extend the inner joints a little to make them mate up. I have a G pumpkin in my Z.
