Car is 180k miles and i took engine out to redo some seals, after putting it back i cant rev the engine over 4k rpm or it will throw me a code only for the transmission to do a bang sound and “stall” the car and prevent me from starting it again (i had that experience just today on the road) after a while the car will start with 0 codes and be Drive able until i push it. I know little about transmissions and will like ideas as to what wires or what do i need go check.
Start by ensuring all of your connectors are plugged in and plugged in properly. With that many codes it sounds like something with your valve body or TCM and its wiring.

i will check as soon as possible, now after starting the car i get code P0300 for random misfiring and the car turns off after a while. Can it be related to the transmission?
Try resetting your ecm. Not related, but I had a couple codes come up on my wife's Altima a month or so ago and it was for electrical issues. I reset the ecm and it basically fixed itself. Haven't had a problem since

i rechecked all the grounds and it has not misfire since, the tranny codes was for low fluid level. Hopefully is fixed
Well seeing as how you (hopefully) didn't drive too much with low fluid, you should be ok. I once had low fluid (forgot to refill after tearing apart engine) and it didn't feel right. When I realized what it was I quickly filled it up and no problems. I must have driven around 20 miles with low trans fluid. These transmissions are (potentially) bulletproof
I know its slightly off topic, but i was wanting some advice on a transmission problem ive been having with my 2006 5at. So I had to get a used transmission and a new valve body installed along with a new radiator and external trans line cooler. Upon getting it back from the shop, i realized the tranny i had bought was messed up, as in it would shift hella hard going into 2nd, and then 2nd-3rd would high rev (redline if i didnt get off it) and then 3rd would be all over the place rpm wise. I'm thinking on having it rebuilt but if anyone else has any ideas, please share them. Thank you.

this is a COMPLETELY different car I know, but back when i had a 2011 Malibu i had a similar problem. Only difference was the reverse eventually completely went out so there was NO backing up into anything. Ended up having a shop rebuild the transmission.
Not helpful, but just a story time
Hey its helpful, I've pretty much come to the conclusion that they had sent me, either knowingly or unknowingly, a transmission that had bad gears in it, I was just wanting to see if anyone else saw it differently because I'm not anywhere near "knowledgable" about transmissions, I know in theory how they work.
