You know, Micvelo happens to know a few things. And one of the things Mic knows is, it's not how you stand by your car. It's how you race your car. You better learn that.

Lol.
I'd like to see someone show a Nismo rebranded product (doesn't exist) but most companies don't make their products, they design them.
The manufacturing goes elsewhere, that's just business.
If it's made to their specifications then it's their products, even the SPL stuff requires anodizing which SPL probably handles for them.

You know what? Nismo parts will decimate all after you put in 15 grand or more. If we have to, overnight parts from N̶i̶s̶m̶o̶ J̶a̶p̶a̶n̶ Calsonic, Tenessee, aka Magneti Marelli, Mexico.

OEM, the silicone ones tend to breathe, look like crap and make the engine bay smell like coolant.

interesting okay. i may just ask them to flush coolant then and replace it, and check hoses.
I may even just buy some coolant, and top it off for now. Let my shop flush it april 14.

You could push this across the finish line. Or, tow it.

Already gave one example... Intake. It's an AEM with a Nismo sticker on it.

This. Kept getting a whiff of coolant every so often thinking I had a leak but was the silicone hoses.

It's black and has a logo but sure it's the same one....that implies it is exactly the same. AEM makes it for them which isn't the same thing.

So did Nismo rip off AEM or the other way around?

Do you just argue for the sake of argument? Literally the only difference is the badge.

Not a matter of ripping off. Just Nismo is a brand, not a manufacturer.

Who does Nismo outsource to manufacture their different aerodynamic parts and body kits?
