All you have to do is ask. You can do one of two things.
Have someone take apart your rear end and take that stuff out....or ship it back to us and we can do it. You would just have to pay a small fee for the labor + shipping back to you ad you can keep the parts.
When we rebuild the housings they get all new internal parts. We can work with you.........not against!

Cheers

Sentry, I didn't notice your ridiculous amount of mods! Pretty impressive stuff. The tilton setup with the final drive had to be pretty significant themselves, let alone all the breathing mods. Did you ever measuse 1/4 mile or 0-60 times?

I'm still getting my ECU/tuning in check so I haven't done any runs, but my estimate from guessing would be low 13's for quarter mile and around 5-5.3 sec for 0-60.

Traction is my biggest issue right now - still have stock tires....which sucks, but I'll upgrade that sometime soon. I get to about 5000rpms in 1st and if i'm flooring it, the tach just jumps to redline cause the tires just lose their grip around there. So it's kinda hard to really say at this point. It feels and sounds a lot faster though than stock, that's for sure. I drove a stock Z and it felt slow compared to my car. It won't compete with a FI Z though

it won't actually add any horsepower

it takes off top end speed and gives you 10% more accelleration. It spins your tires 10% faster/harder

you'll be shifting more

you'll burn more gas

It's noticable

the part by itself if $850, you'll need like $70 more for misc parts, then 600 for install

it's fast, but much harder to drive than stock. For instance when in rush hour, because of the low gearing and the tilton's design, the second you lift your foot off the gas -even just a slight movement, the car will jerk. You really gotta ride the clutch more to keep things smooth. I can't say it's the best combination for daily driving or rush hour, but going WOT it's fun.

You can feel the difference in the gearing. It depends on what mods you have now and where you want your car to be as far as modding. I'd recomend getting the cusco RS LSD while you have your diff ripped apart. It'll help you put your new power to the ground. It'll save you like $400 install fee later down the road. I know a LSD isn't that exciting compared to power mods, but you'll be glad you have it when you drive your car with it. It'll help keep you from fishtailing

You can feel more ooomph when cruising on the highway with the gears. 5th and 6th gear have some ***** now. driving in 4th at WOT is of course more fun

hmm wil think about it. Im basically pileing up all the parts now and will start installing in the spring. Plenum, hi flo cats, headers, but looking at this 3.9 im wondering if I should just cancel that stuff and get this. after all acceleration is what i am going for. from the sounds of it this will probably do more for that than any of the mods i listed even if combined
