okay so i just installed my walbro following all instructions listed in the how to. okay so i drilled out my swirl jet.(before running across your post) so does this mean i just defeated the whole purpose of installing a walbro!?!? i just installed rc440s and a vortech v3 on 10-11 psi. so i assume ill need to try to locate another swirl jet? i will mention that yesterday i drove the car with the 440s in on stock fuel pump and when i would throttle it hard its like the car would choke up for a spit second as if it was starved for fuel. now after installing the walbro it acts fine.

Car is running an idling fine now, had an intake leak cause I install kinetix velocity at the same time.. But my question is, since I drilled out the swirl jet did I just defeat the whole purpose of installing the walbro? I also drilled the regulator since I'm not running a return fuel system

Do the same mods need to be done to the sending unit if using a Deatschwerks pump?

Help! I drilled the swirl jet out barely and I mean barely out too far causing a small leak. Am I ok to repair the pin hole leak? How pressurized is this part?

I'm going to use a 5/64 bit which is .078 on the swirl jet. Has anyone done this and it worked fine on their pump?

The link to the writeup is returning a 404 error. Does anyone happen to still have that write-up? I've searched all over and the results all point to either that site, or to threads linking to that site. It seems as though no one else thought to archive the instructions anywhere either (derp).

Does anyone have a pdf copy or a (working) link for the walbro 255 pump install/mod?

I need to trouble shoot a few weird noises...
