To help aid in the description of how it will look, I will be doing a bent tube. This is different from both the BCR and Ebay versions. It will also not use a flat metal plate for attachment to the upper OEM seat belt bolts. I have designed end pieces that are both structurally strong, safe and more adjustable than what is out there. I will also be doing the rear strut pieces. They will mount similiar to the BCR version and not like the Ebay one. At this point, after pricing the painting of them, I will more than likely have to use a powdercoater instead. This would give it a nice finish, but would limit the colors available. I am not sure yet how much this will or will not change the cost of it.
Right now, I am looking at making 50 of them as this will help alleviate costs further even though I will have to spend a ton of money to get this done. I am just hoping that in the end, there will be enough of a market for this.

I have to take some more measurements for the rear strut pieces and hopefully I can get some solid numbers for everyone. I apologize that this project is coming along slower than I anticipated. I really want this to happen regardless of what it will cost me. I really want to get this project up and out there to the Z members!!!

Update is that I am working on the brackets that will be welded to the bar. I will be getting the design to the fabricator on Tues. I hope to get the information from the powdercoater shortly after that. Depending on prices, I may offer the bar coated a few different ways.
