I want to get HIDs and LED tails in the Z I want to get. Which models came with them?

Or did I pull a noob and could probably find this in a sticky somewhere

All yrs. from 03 came with HID units except base model. 06 up all came with HID period. 06 up are different though.

 

03-05 - Base: Halogen, All other models: HID D2R reflector-type lens (low-beams), All models: Bulb-type taillights
06-07 - All models: HID D2S projector-type bi-xenon lens (both hi/low-beams), All models: LED-type taillights

 

do any of you know what type bulb come in stock HID setups?
like 4000k 5000k etc

I am confused, i have a 04 base model z, and I bought H1 bulbs, at first i thought they were for low beam, then after i bought them i wanted to double check before i installed them and then i thought they were for highbeam, now i am all confused, can someone help me out? Thanks guys.

they are your highbeams, the base lowbeam uses an h7 bulb I believe
