Did anyone do a mod where if the rev limit is reached, there'd be a continous beeping sound? I figure this would be a lot more useful than just a blinking red light.

 

You woud have to get into the wiring diagram alittle. The only thing you would need to do is wire a sound device in line with the hot side of the led on the inside of the cluster. It would take a little work but not impossible.

This way you still have the factory adjustable light.

 

this is a good idea. if you do something like this.. try hooking it up to a switch and mounting the switch on the dashboard so you can turn it on and off. be sure to do a write up with pics. Good luck. good idea.
