really sucks to hear about that. yeah for the local guys if I don't have the time to work on the head lights I recommend Mr.Zipps. Now I am going to have to take that back. I hope you guys get your lights fix/repair

Well all Mr. Zipps' info. was just sent to my lawyer.

His name, home address, email, and telephone number.

We'll see what happens from this point. But I think it's safe to say he's flucked.

He picked the wrong person to screw because I'll see this through to the end.

 

Wow, zipps did my hid's but he did take a while.. He said he was out of town..

 

^^^yes he did, and that he would be back two weeks ago. I have had no contact with mr zipps since april 1st. I have every single email him and I have sent starting back in June of 2007. I also have all shipping receipts and tracking numbers.

 

do you need some housings to make it to zdayz?

 

I need a whole assembly.

 

all i have is housings......sorry man. Didnt know if you sent your ballast/bulbs to him, figure it was worth offering.

Doesn't matter. You can sue for neglence, poor business practise, etc etc.. His reasons are no longer relevant. It's beyond any sort of saving face excuses.

I just got mine back and looked great EXCEPT one was damaged in shipping. I was pretty pissed off but it wasn't his fault. Cesar spent most of that day on the phone with myself and Fedex trying to get the issue resolved A.S.A.P

I upgraded my headlights that cost me 1400+ then I paid Mr. Zipps 300+shipping. I receive them and they look fine for about a month and then they start to haze and to peel. I let Mr. Zipps know about it and he tells me to send them back that he would try to fix them but I just got this weird feeling and decided to go a different rout. So the shop that is fixing them for me, lets me know that the lens will not be repairable . So know I have to buy new ones or keep the old ones and have them look like dookie but the shop (clearcorners) hook me up with a fair deal and I hope to have some good looking headlights stay tuned. I had to spend twice for one pair of good headlights!

 

As much as i like my lights that were done by mr.zipps i ahte to see this happen to Z owners. I'm sry people had to go thru this kinda stuff.
