Default Help, I Need Somebody To Help W A ? On Aftermarket Led Taillights

I bought a set of tail lights that are supposedly for a 2006 nissan 350z, they are aftermarket led tail lights off of ebay. The connector doesn't directly plug into the plug that comes off of the car. Am i missing something or does this connect to only the 03-05 350zs...please help yalll!!!

You got hosed. That connector won't work with ANY year Z.

if i remember correctly, you unplug your light and plug that into where the bulb used to be.....i could be WAY off though. had a set of tails like that and i am thinking that is what i had to do. again, i could be WAY off.

thanks jackass.... anyway, I'm still not getting how these will hook up to my connector coming from the car of an 06 that original is set up for the stock LED tail lights...can anybody explain further or verify that they will work????

I know that alot of folks that bought those eBay lights claimed to have several electrical issues...
I don't know if they are worth the time and effort for all the problems.

Have you tried shaving the plugs?
I have the JDM clear tails, and had to shave the plugs
to make them fit. Try to see if the right side fits the
left connection...or vice versa. That is the only thing
that I can think of

u have to twist out the bulb on the stock and plug that in but ebay tail lights r GARBAGE. they use diff volts then your stock and it will put your car in super limp mode, return them while u can n get the real dea lights ... dont cheap out

Dude, you need to return those.

It should be a simple plug and play like the OEM, these look suspect.

Whatever man, yopu brought the tail lights cause you like them so fu*k what the other cats say. They got there taste and you got yours. As long as you like them you good. All you need to do is pull the bulb and they connect in place and the screw in the second bulb and you'll be just fine.

My rule of thumb is its either OEM or JDM. Good luck on making them work. If it does work, post some pics...
