Paint Bubbling 2003 Touring Black - Please advise
Long story short, I purchased a Z which unfortunately at the time, could not tell the paint was bubbling. After washing the car, I noticed bubbles on the fender as well. Now one of those bubbles has popped and I am I need to repaint the fender at minimum. While they're at it, they are also going to repaint the front bumper which was Lemans Orange originally. I'm being quoted 600-700 dollars to repaint the passenger fender and front bumper. To add further pain, the bubbling is also on the rear driver fender around the antenna. I've attached pics which are not the greatest using my phone but it shows the problem. Keep in mind this is an 03 with 50k miles.
Thoughts..?

There is nothing on the fender itself - it's just the reflection. The advice looking for is should I just repaint the entire car, or just get to the areas were bubbling is occuring. I don't want to patch up an already bad paint job. However, I don't feel like spending 3k on a paint job.

im not surprised that it happened, due to how harsh the sun is on your paint especially in texas, just like here in south carolina but i would just get your fender painted to match. but good luck

bad prep more than likely, bubbles happen when either moisture from rust makes the paint pop (check the fender for rust on the inner side if you can) or the more likely cause is a reaction to solvents used.
The bad part here is we know the whole car has been painted and if this reaction is happening it could be starting all over the whole car. If you can repaint whole car or talk to your insurance company. If they didn't sand or primer or even use the right kind of thinner then this will begin to happen all over.
