The answer is no. There is a little bit of wire modification involved. I dont remember which wires go to which because the colors don't match up. You should check the audio/video thread click on the wiring color code guide for your car and 2006, and that should help.

If your Z is silver or white, you will only need to swap the two wires mentioned above. For all other body colors, you need to completely rewire the harnesses. (06-08 taillights will not work on 03-06 with Frost interiors under any circumstances).

The rewire wire for the do swap tails is needed for working correctly. If questions have any let me know tell me feel free to send me a massage and I will try to lead you towards in the correctly direction.

Basically, the wire left white had to go right red one to correctly mesh. Bolts may sometime need to swapped. I could be errors.

The US version is a direct swap.
The JDM connectors are different so I swap the harness and all works fine.

What he said, but he left out the part about making sure you have the correct taillight fluid, you want to make sure it's flux capacitor compatible.

One of my pet peeves on this website is when people say "search for it" especially when you have searched every possible section(s). Couldn't find jack sh*t under the "lighting" section or "search" engine.

Anyways thanks to those who actually took the time to give a fellow Z member some tips. But I guess I'm just gonna stick with my '03's. Swapping seems too complicated.
