Default Red Seats on SMB. Any thoughts?

I've asked the same question on a different thread but without a proper poll, it's difficult to determine the concensus. Just like the title states, what are your thoughts about red seats on a San Marino Blue 350Z? Would the red compliment the blue, or would it look horrible? Not something I would do right away, just want to get input for now.

So, would this look good in this:

Kinda like this:

I personally don't like the red in the blue car. Stick with black or even white might look 'cool'. But red gives off to much of a contrast or something.

I like it. I'm an Alfa Romeo collector, and the prettiest Duetto I ever saw was a dark blue with a red interior.

Not the best pic, and the red leather is actually a lot "redder" in the sun.

I say do it, the SMB is a darker blue which will offset the red nicely IMO.

Ferrari also used to have that color combination. Ferrari President Luca di Montezemolo had an F355 Spyder as his personal car for a while and that's the color combo he chose.

Go for it. It would be different from the norm, which isn't a bad thing.

Not my style but it by no means will look stupid. I say go for it if it looks good to you. Not much in cabin to match with the red though unless you plan on painting panels and after market shift boot n such. Id hold on to the old seat if you ever plan on selling it though.

Bright red on dark blue should look very very good, an exotic or European scheme
