Hi got a question... my buddy is trading in his 06 z and I want to swap out headlights on my 03. I heard u can basily plug up the 06 headlights to the 03 but can u plug up the 03 headlight to the 06 or what do u have to do to make them work?

Yea I have stock HIDs. I read somewhere that the 03 harness has 6 pins and the 06 has 8 pins but I could be wrong.

Default OEM 04 to OEM 06 Headlight part #

All the Nissan dealers so far want a vin # before I order they say theres 4 different part # , if I order without a vin# theres no guarantee , I have a 2004 roadster with the hid low beam and halogen high.
Does anyone know a part #, for left and right headlights thank you

2006 part numbers:
Left: 26060-CF40B
Right: 26010-CF40B

I wouldn't pay $1300 from the dealership, but have fun!

For USDM Spec cars only:

Left/Driver Side: 26060-CF40B
Right/Passenger Side: 26010-CF40B

Lowest price I've seen is around $550 per headlight. And you'll need to verify if that comes with internals (bulbs, ballast, ignitor...) or just the housing.

Alternative: DEPO BiXenon replacements for '06+. Not sure if they're readily available any longer - may be a shortage - but they're somewhat cheaper and as close to OE as possible. Took a quick look at ConceptZ, just out of curiosity... https://conceptzperformance.com/depo...h2_p_17221.php Seems that the only ones I see now are these blacked out ones. Not my cup o'tea but price is good.

Yes, absolutely. HID to HID versus halogen to HID. And even that’s simple with rewire or plug adapters.

Someone somewhere posts a question about lighting for the Z33 and my spidey sense tingles.

OP - fleabay has some OEM-looking 06-09 HID bi-xenon headlamps for < $800.

I have zero experience with these brands, but if you were thinking about going with DEPO but for the blacked out look, these might be worth a shot. Up to you. Should be PnP. As far as the listing that includes the bulbs and ballasts, I'm not sure if they will be OEM quality, but since you already have the HID model in your '04, you should be able to swap over the ballast. With regard to the bulb, the 06-09 uses a D2S HID bulb as opposed to the current D2R bulb found in your '04 headlight. Also, your '04 model uses a single filament 7440 amber bulb for the front turn signal. I think the 06+ uses 3157NA

Thank you Heel Til I Die , 800 vs 1250 for oem , I think I may go with the oem don't want something I don't have any info on rather spend the 400 extra which gives new everything , bulbs ,ballast etc ,
