That's not the ground. That's the main plug (not sure what it's called). Everything will function fine with the harness provided on the depo's, even the high beams. It's plug and play if you have factory HID. If your trying to crack them open then someone else will have to chime in as I've never done that before.

I'm pretty sure you have to bake these open as there is sealant in the head light.

I'll post a pic as soon as it gets dark over here. My car is an 06, so I removed the OEM d2s bulbs from my OEM 06's and threw them onto these.

Depends on the wheels, with black wheels you can pull it off really well IMO.

All I got right now.

Im not a fan of black wheels because you can tell what they are from a distances besides a "black hole" in the wheel well.

Your car looks great and those head lights flow perfect! Im not sure if they flow so well because of the black grill you got accents them, or because they just do. I

I want to see these on a stock bumper Z.

I know what you're saying about the black wheels but in person it obviously doesn't look like that and for pictures you just need a really good camera. The black grill definitely helps but so does everything else I have.

^ Thanks, but those are OEM. Darkcreep just wanted see pic of black headlight on oem bumper.

Why would I throw away my OEM and spend $300 when I can paint it myself?

I kinda figured, seeing everything you put on CZ I had my doubts about you putting these on lol. Some people in this thread have done just that, remove OEM in favor of these
Is that the StopTech trophy kit?

These work way better than the 03 lights that costs around $1200 at the dealer so idk what your trying to say lol but if you add these up as complete there around $800 lights

If you want candles for headlights then by all means go for them, but I wouldn't fancy driving my Z on a dark moonless night, you'll be spending more time bouncing off the side of the road than driving on it.

You obviously didn't have 03 lights and swapped them for these and realize that the clarity is almost double. You really shouldn't make false statements like that when you haven't even tried them yourself. I posted a pic of my 03 cutoff and the depos cutoff. If you can't tell that they're better then your clearly in denial.

I don't go making false statements so get your facts right. how do you know I didn't try them and for your information my opinion is that; my opinion, if I think they're crap I'm entitled to say they're crap and you or anyone else is not going to tell me otherwise.

What I was trying to get at is that his car is an HR, swapping out OEM Bi-Xenon lights for these is a bit retarded...he has modded OEM lights anyway. They are better in light output to the 03-05 that's not a question.

No lie, i'm pretty sure people in this thread who have swapped their OEM 06's for these who are saying the output is worse than stock haven't adjusted these correctly. The lens on these are better (gasp) than OEM. They're still fresnel type, but are clear, just like OEM sti lens. The second I put these on and adjusted them correctly I felt like the output AT LEAST same as the OEM headlights, however, the cutoff is better. You get more color, it's straighter, etc. Don't start judging these headlights before even seeing their output in real life. I'd much rather rock these and mod them than worry about messing up my $1200 OEM headlights. Of course they aren't OEM quality, but they're 90% of the way there, and that's ok by me.
