not too sound pesimistic...in theory, this could be a few week job, in reality....

checklist:---------------------------
-new oil pump from nissan
-gasket overhaul kit from nissan
-main bearing seal from nissan
-main bearings
-rod bearings
-arp main and head studs
-forged pistons
-forged rods
-possibly: new upper oil pan?
---work on block at machine shop to .020 overbore--
---machine shop balance assembly--
-fuel system?
-different injectors?
-upgraded clutch?
-gauges?

then when parts arrive:
assembly bottom end, mount heads, timing chain install and time motor, bolt on all the goodies, put engine back in, connect everything, fill the fluids, recharge the AC, start er up--yeeeehaaaaa
machine shop

i'm sure i forgot a few things

hey..if its a few weeks, more power to you, my hold up was waiting on parts, the labor could be done in a few days if they really got to it!
