Default Anyone else used to the power yet?

Am I crazy for feeling like this? 400whp.. I said the car would never feel sluggish and it doesn't, but its so predictable that I'm wanting more now. I plan on making minor changes here and there like exhaust and plenum but I'm not sure if that would satisfy me. I was going to hold off on forged internals and turning up the boost but I may go ahead and do it a little earlier then planned.

So do you finally have your car back? Are you about ready to swap FDs? Sorry about the thread hi-jack!

Well... Its now my time to have scheduling conflicts!! Its my g/fs birthday and I am planning on going to ATL to do something, I dont know what. SO I will be out next weekend and the following weekend, I am taking the Z to CP Racing in NC to have a smaller SC pulley installed as well as a retune. Then, the weekend of the 17-18th I am going to Nopi. Is there anyway you could make it over here to have it done on a week day? If so, I can call Clint and see if he can do it during the week. I would like to have the swap done by the time I take the Z to CP Racing. Let me know if you can do it during the week and I will call Clint!

I know what you mean,

I thought I was happy at stock boost, now up to 8 psi and I'm starting to want more...

Maybe we can get CP Racing to do it? I was thinking about having them trim my oil lines.. I could just follow you up there.

I just called and talked to Matt about this idea. He said they could do it but it would have to be Friday night and their rewar end guy leaves around 10 est. So that would put me leaving a lot earlier than I was planning on. Also, Matt said that the cost would likely be around $250 per car and maybe a little less since they would be doing 2 cars. I would rather just wait and get it done with my guy for $100 per car.

So would you be able to do this on a week day??

If you are still planning on taking it to CP Racing, we (me and NINJA-Z) are leaving here around 6:00 cst on Friday the 9th. We are going to get a cheap hotel and stay and take the car to CP on Sat. Let me know if you are interested in going with us and we can meet up with you in ATL when we pass thru.

i havn't had enough chance driving my combo yet to see what it can do, but hit it only once for a couple seconds from 3500-4700 and almost crapped. i have it set around 17psi though, but in datalog i was only half throttle and 6psi. this motor breathes super good.
actually i was the one who bought that tilton clutch from ya tonio. that is what i am having trouble with. i see why you got rid of it. first time driving the car i killed it 4 times taking off. now have it down pretty good, but every take off sounds like i am trying to burn the tires off, and the chatter from the clutch engagement and running solid motor mounts makes the whole car shake. i love it!!!! hahaha. might hurt me at the drag strip, but i should have plenty of driving in by the time i hit the 1/4 and have it down for a good launch.

Exactly, However I don't know if mine is still making 440 I think its making more. I'm gonna re-dyno. The Tuner said it feels stronger too. I'm happy with that power but, a lil more wouldn't be bad. Maybe tune mine a lil more leaner. Cuz they add a ton of fuel near 6k to keep it from making too much power.
