A forged bottom end.

Talk to ForgedInternals.com, they'll point you in the right direction.

talk to Tuan at GRD. He made 505 or so rwhp with just APS TT and APS exhaust at 11 or so PSI. If your tuned well, it shouldnt be a problem unless you plan on putting the car thru serious hell.

Default Offset

I own the yellow car on the bottom of the front page.

We use the stock offset of the Volk TE 37's and Nismo wheels. We've actually discovered you don't even need to roll your fenders to fit them. On the yellow 05' I run 275/35-18F & 315/30-18R Michelin PS2's. Sick tires after warm up. We've tested several series of tires and for daily driving in terms of handling and longevity and these are by far our first choice. They will cost you though.

Conveniently at the same time this offset allows us to also fit the AP Racing big brake kit you see in there .

If all you want is 500 crank hp then just buy an APS kit, free flowing exhaust and get it tuned @ 9psi. I made 430whp on 9psi and if you do a 15% drivetrain loss calculation..that puts me @ 505 crank hp. If you want 500whp then you could do the same thing and get it tuned @ 11psi...should rub up against 500whp with 11psi and a good flowing exhaust system.

Don't forget if you want 500RWHP your gonna have to do an engine build if you plan on drinving your car for any longer than just a dyno run.

That's not true at all...Tuan's car has been running over 500whp on a completely stock motor for over 11K miles now...no problems to date.

You can do it on the stock motor. Just need boost, a good fuel system, heads, cams, and some tunning.

Promoting other shops now? Or do you mostly just deal with the Greddy Kit?

I can believe 315s on the car but 315s on a 10 inch wide tire.

315mm is about 12inches. How do you get a 12 inch wide tire on a 10 inch wheel? I have seen 13 inch wide wheels with 335.

First off, the staggered wheels mentioned above (Volk, Nissmo, etc.) are 9.5" in the front and "10.5"" in the rear. The optimum tire sixe for these wheels on a lowered Z or G35 is 285/30/18 FRONT and a 315/30/18 REAR These work the best and is recomended by VRT

The website says 10 inch, not 10.5. Still, over 12 inches of tire on a 10.5 inch wheel?
