Default FI on the new 300hp motor.....

What is the latest with various FI systems and compatibility with the new 300hp motor? Also, with stronger connecting rods from the factory, is it a safe bet that this motor can handle most out-of-the box systems with a significant degree of safety?

I have one and I can tell you that the shop that did the install was very surprised to see the numbers at such low boost (read sig. and see pics with whp chart etc.)

I believe that Nissan upgraded the rod bolts only.

I am not sure about his comment on the rods but I have been told about all the items of difference that you stated.

420 at 6psi! that sounds awesome to me less stress on the engine more reliable, makes me feel better. Im going with the greddy TT MOST LIKELY on my G35 with the 300hp motor too.

hows that RPS clutch? whats different or special about it from the ATS or JWT clutches? hows the pressure on the clutch pedal and the engagement point?

I had the shop install a steal clutch line too. When I say the clutch is sweet, I mean it is flawlessly sweet. Good luck on your Greddy TT. It is much fun. These Z's are great machines but they should build a performance Z of sorts that hits at least 300rwhp. 225 to 230whp is just not enough for what the rest of the car can accomplish with more whp.
Take care and good luck.
