Second, your car is lean for a brief moment..right at 4000rpm..and even then, not terribly lean given the conservative timing that the ECU flash puts into place.
Lastly, nobody should expect perferction out of a reflash. Each car is going to respond a little different...some lean...some rich. I think you are doing the right thing, in install a UTEC, or an eManage Ulitmate, along with a return fuel system and retune. You will be really happy with the safe results it will generate. And nearly 400whp already is nothing to be unhappy with.
I wish you the best of luck, and if you need any assistance, dont hesitate.

it seems like there's a lot you have to buy in addition to the turbo kit to make sure its all running safe. what type of numbers would someone expect to get with a tuned TN kit? ie. rwhp, 1/4 times and cost.
is an aftermarket exhaust a must have prior to installing a turbo charger?

These turbo kit were never intended to include every single gauge, or exhuast that is recommened for safe operation. Many people can bolt on the kits and be fine. But in my opinion, you want to add some simple things, like gauges, to keep you better informed of what is happening with the motor. Nothing about FI is set-it-and-forget-it. It needs periodic monitoring and checking from time to time. This is reasonable to expect, given that you are nearly doubling the power of the OEM motor.
