the ECU may have switched to a different part of the fuel map, trying to instinctively lean out the A/F ratio...stupid ECU's too smart for their own good...

good luck

Has there been past issues with the ECU trying to take back over with the Utec? I've heard of the EU having that happen. Sharif is now a good distance from me and it will be a lil while before I can make some arangments there...I'm hoping I can find something local just to use their dyno

Just stating the obvious, but make sure if you have the remote map selector, that you haven't changed to the stock map or something by brushing against it. It has happened to others.

I don't believe I have the remote map selector. Atleast I have not saw any type of switch anywhere.

The only setup that won't be subject to the tune "walking" is a true standalone...any other piggyback holds the risk of the tune varying to some degree..usually not enough to make it extremely unsafe, but from what you reported, you are definately running way too lean (and unsafe)...

I went through this a few times with the emanage and EU, I had to periodically adjust the tune to richen up the tune..eventually, it stayed put and stopped compensating in the wrong direction
