Hi John,

Funny how it took me weeks and about 5 pages of posts to figure out that you were "username".

Yes, overall, the news was pretty good...all things considered. The teardown revealed a 1/4 inch hole in one of your exhaust valves (zero compression in that cylinder), and a slightly, but visibly bent rod in cylinder#6. No damage at all to the block, or the rest of the cylinder heads. Assuming the crankshaft is straight, we are looking pretty good here.
The inspector should be here tomorrow, or Friday, according to the warranty company.

Let us know if you have anymore questions.

Thanks Sharif. Looking forward to further working with you. I miss my car. I haven't driven this car for over 3 months.

Yes, they were step 1 colder plugs. Car should hopefully be done within the next 2-3 weeks.

No real reason other than it took me a few months to come up with the money. I just like anyone else, wouldn't really want a shop to rush through a build. I would rather them take their time and cover all bases so that it is built correctly.

Hey we are just waiting on your block to return from the machine shop. Then it looks like I'd be putting it back together. The block was suppose to be here sometime late this week. But off course its not hopefully Sharif will call and say that its ready and pick it up today so we can show off your block and i think a couple more for the Open house/ Dyno Day tomorrow.
