1) The sheer sublimity of the accusations. We're not talking about a few hundred dollars here. According to some of the posts, there are thousands and tousands of dollars being allegedly 'stolen' (for lack of a better term) from individual customers. If these turn out to be true...even just one incident... then it is grounds for a major law suit.

2) The poster's who have been waiting for 'months' for a refund, or an updated and justifiable estimate report or just an explanation have apparently taken NO legal action as of yet. Why not? If someone had withdrawn money from my account without my permission (especially in excess of the agreed amount) I would be so far up their a$$ with legal action, I could tickle their throats.

I hope that an actual resolution comes out of this and not just online bickering.
I'm waiting for dyno#s to see if it's what I paid for....and then this would be next step.

It sounds easy to just get a lawyer and sue...but to win u'd need a lot of proof. Not sure about other guys, but the the car is last thing i'm worrying about ( ie work, family).

I think it is funny that because I am a satisfied customer everyone thinks that I go running like a little kid to VRT when the sh*t goes down!

I spoke to MrA on Saturday or Sunday when Dozzer called me and I have not spoken to him since, didnt even know about this thread then. So buzzard you want to send that money to me, you can PM me and I will give you my address! I appreciate the bet!

Believe me, I know all too well the hassles of going to court. Despite the costs, the time and effort can be a bit of a headache. While I wasn't speaking about any one particular case, I'm glad you replied. For me, this issue is not about 350z's or cars... it's about money and respect. If the allegations turn out to be true, this company would have severely disrespected some of its customers, while taking money from their families' table.

Good luck. I really do hope it all turns out well in the end.

It is when dealing with shady people like them... Crooks know how to cover their tracks and (if your story is actually true) you should know this working for one. The sad thing is, you really don't know who you can trust anymore...what was stated in this thread done by VRT happens to more and more people every day by shops out there. Thats one reason I wish I could do my own work.
