The soft portion of the line is less of an issue to alter to route the way you want but you need to use the metal hard line portion from the Turbonetics line if you want it to fit properlly without you having to bend the hard line section. I remember bending Craigs and it was a PITA...

Bleh, I think it's the parts guy in particular you're dealing with. I've heard horror stories at him (this guy works at another florida non-z shop).

Like I said, call Greg at G-Spec or give Injected Perf a call.

Yes, I explaiend in the PM. They have special "collar" looking tools to disconnect the AC line. I got mine at Sears.

I lost my AC recently here in Hawaii as well. I was in Australia when I get the call "your car hates me". Then she offered to take it to the dealer. Umm...no thanks. I'm in no rush to fix it, luckily our weather is decent. If you find a good place to buy a replacement without raping you on shipping out here, please post it up.

My line cost $60 and i used the old fittings (i think hydra air was the name of the place). Then i spent another $35 on cool insulation stuff. However, if you were running for a while and it just went, i would check the belt first. I had that go a while back

I might need to look into that. She was running it fine. Turned the car off. When she turned the car back on later, hot air was blowing. I haven't had a chance to disassemble it yet.
