I ordered a Turbo XS BCS and a Greddy radiator cap (+15 HP at least)

I also got new tips to replace those non exsistance ones on there already. They are similar to the tips that are on the stock exhaust.

When they tried to put my car on the lift they tore up one of my silicone couplings. Oh well!

You really have to be carefully lifting your car with the old piping coz it is right next to the rail. When are you going to tune the car? Can you post a before and after the tune? If you break the 370whp then I'll definitely going to get the Greddy Radiator Cap

It kinda does matter, I mean the whole curve would be bumped upsignificantly with a DJ correction. And the peak WHP would be significantly better but thinking back on it he probably did do the DJ correction because he was trying to show what kind of #'s the kit could make.

The correction was DJ. The curve would be the same be it DJ or DD, would change the actual power curve, just the scaling of it.
On a side note,Im about to leave my shop in 5 mins to go to the local Dyno Jet to back up a customers DJ numbers to see how accurate it is.
If you look at the two different graphs at the two psi levels, you can see a loss of power at 6000 rpm's due to turbo inefficiency/heat related issues as you go up in psi. This is the same issue Tuarran is having I think with the single turbo.

Page 11 has some Dyno from Goose new tune and old.

https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....293025&page=11

My Pipe being in the middle next to the CAT and exhaust added some heat so my IAT did increase. Rick also suggest that a better flowing IC will help so the Turbo doesn't have to work twice as hard. If you look at goose old Dyno (353.8whp), his power doesnt drop in the end. Now look at his new dyno with the relocated pipe, you can see he does have the same drop as mine. Post # 211

I must admit that is pretty sweet to have an intake tube coming out of nowhere and no hint of a filter anywhere

Anybody who didn't know any better would be puzzled and try to follow the IC piping and be even more lost. Nice clean Z, you should polish the plenum to match the intake tubing... btw did you polish the intake tubing yourself? Doesn't look like you did b/c of the engraving just under the dipstick... but just making sure.

yeah it really is pretty stealthy. I am really happy it turned out the way it did. I really would like to polish the plenum but from I've read it will take a very long time. It may be worth it though. I didn't mess with the intake tubing.

That is the first thing I also noticed! For some reason your intake tube look more polished than mine

Hey, I was wonderin, anybody ever heard of the STS single turbo kit? I heard Camaros and Tacomas and even Corvettes are putting their turbos in the rear, anybody ever try it on a Z???

lol... anyways, is it just me or are people hearing about 2 instances now of stuck-open injectors due to an STS install...? One engine-destroying and the other... not?
