Default Help Car won't start

Basically the car sits in the garage, today I tried starting it but it will not crank, the last time I started the car was about a week ago. The battery is about 6 months old, the car is supercharged with a vortech kit thats been on the car for about 1200 miles (yes 1200 miles in 6 months). I took out the battery to replace it tomorrow, but is there anything else I should check just in case it's not the battery.

I tried jumping the car with my ford f150 truck without luck, the lights on the interior are really dim but got a little better as I began to jump it. Is there a fuse I should look for and where might it be. I check the fuse box under the steering wheel and next to the battery in the engine bay.

I did a search.

Most likely the Battery. Just FYI there are 3 fuse panels in the Z. If you look behind and under the battery there is one more.

How would the fuse panels come in to play with the car not starting?

When you replace the battery also look in to doing something like this:

https://my350z.com/forum/audio-and-video/199783-external-battery-charger-mod.html

I only drive my car about 4-5,000 miles a year so it sits a lot. I installed a quick connect plug to a trickle charger that always keeps the battery topped off. If you are going to "store" a car it should either have the battery disconnected or the battery should be connected to a trickle charger.

The unit I installed has failed already and I replaced it with a slighty more expensive unit, but it does the same thing.

its the vortech.

I highly recommend a swap with greddy twins. that should solve the problem, no doubt.
