Also bare in mind there is a max RPM rating for each model blower too. The specs can be found on Eaton's website as well as a chart to show you rpm vs. psi vs. usable output. I'm not gonna try to do all the math. You may not be getting close to maxing out the RPM on the blower. But just keep that in the back of your head too.

Where's Doug now?? LMAO

So you're asking if your peak torque is the most torque you can make.

I think that would be a yes.

what exactly is "heavily modded N/A"? Bolt-ons or motorwork? Nice numbers, The guy at church told me most the bolt on Z's that go there put down about 245-255 whp on their dynapack

I just talked to my dyno guy and he said my AFR was 10.8 to 5000 rpms and then 11.2 to redline. Isnt that a little bit too rich?

now, is it true that Stillen SC will kill almost anything at the light to 60mph, including turbo set-ups, and then slowly fall behind? If this is true, then it sounds like fun.

myth, how fast do you think turbo charged cars with lightened flywheels hit 3,500rpm? hello n/a Z's with stock flywheels hit 3500rpm damn quickly.

Do the turbo cars pulling 400 to 850 whp have traction in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gears? Or do they just sit there and bounce around? A friend of ours was complaining that he just bounces at the stop light since he installed his turbo.

^^ Depends on my setup I can spin the tires at 1st and 2nd even on third but then again having a good set of tires comes into play here. I'm somewhere near 370 or 380whp on mine but with a proper launch and tires it hooks up pretty good.

I had a stage 4 and i thought that as well..............untill i got the twins. There is no comparison at all to the stillen........my twins at a low 5.5psi would kill my old stage 4 setup to 60mph and beyond. My best run on the stillen was a 13.41 and my run with the twins(while bouncing off the rev limiter at every shift which killed my times)was a 13.01.Now remember bouncing off the rev limiter is also causing fuel cut and absolutley will kill 1/4 times.I now have a vb and cant wait to hit the track again cause this at trans shifts very fast and hard.

why are the stillens limited to like 330- 350 whp?

couldnt u port the blower and run more booth?

is it because not enough air and be ran into it or what?

It is because the little m62 blower is just to small for the vq.The same blower is used on the chevy cobalt ss 4 cyl so that should tell you something right there.

I have noticed that air temp really makes a huge difference with this setup too!!

I've only been to the track twice with my Stage two setup. Best last week (80 degrees outside) Was a 13.8

Today @ 50 degrees i ran a 13.2 !! Made me feel alot better!! Wanted to shoot myself last week when i was barely running faster then stock!! LOL

I wish they had an evening session. I'd liek to see if i could make 13.1 at night in when the temp would be in the 40s!

Wow-109mph, that is the highest Stillen trap by far Ive seen. Nice launch and trap, but your 1-2 and 2-3 shifts need work, with that you are easy 12.8's on that launch...
