Last time I spoke with Sam that is what he told me, unless I mis-understood him for some reason.

I would double check with HKS to be sure Andy.

Yea, I don't think it is yet. Our turn-key car was the test vehicle with CARB and last time I checked with HKS, it was still pending.

Well if that is the case, then I stand corrected I am not at the shop so can't verify what Sam meant what he told me. If you are saying it isn't approved yet then I obviously misunderstood him.

Thanks Andy!

It's still in the works, but I don't think I would go from TT to SC if I were you, unless you are really worried about the CARB status, none the less, a TT car and SC car are completely different!

A few unfinished pics:

A thread will be made later with dyno graphs and pics once everything is complete/tuned, etc.

I'll be selling my ARC intake, Amuse intake pipe, and possibly my ARC v.2 catch can if it can't be made to fit with the S/C

Looking good. I think you are going to beat me to completion. Hoping to have mine back in about a week.

Are you going to polish that Cosworth plenum?

Can't wait to see the numbers.

I just wonder if there is a way that I could by a HKS GT kit an install my-self? I am just so far away from GTM.
I really like this kit.

It's hard for me to believe that HKS can get turbos for Honda CARB approved, but can't seem to do the same for the GT Supercharger for our Nissan. If anyone can shed some light on this issue, please chime in. I continue to check the HKS website, but nothing except the words "coming soon" and "CARB approval pending". Anyone??

Default hks gt supercharger

I have one of the first gt superchargers installed on my g35 coupe by GTM. It's stage 0 with absolutely no problems or regrets great driveability and is quiet. I called HKS this past week and was told that the EO # is still pending. The paperwork and testing is all done and is just waiting bureaucratic decisions. We'll just have to wait but everything is done and out of HKS hands.

At this point, I'll take whatever info I can get. I'll keep waiting, I guess. Thanx!
