ATI Pro Charger News and Updates (to be ongoing)
I noticed my power steering fluid was low and I had to add just a little but for the record my squeel is GONE but at least now I know why. Exellent post ATI!
MonkeyMan I am using GReddy Wideband and guage I posted a pic of it somewhere at the beggining of this thread IIRC. The tap is at the collector. Remember please that I have the Crawford Intake Plenum , Borla SS Headers and Borla True Dual in an Automatic so my car is not the norm. I don't have some of the concerns a stock car with a clutch etc would have so YMMV.
(Your Mileage May Vary) that is why we need more input from more owners and have them post their mods. Those are mine. Oh and of course NGK Spark plug # PLFR6A-11 one heat range cooler and the ET in my sig of 12.7 is with N20 I haven't tracked the Blower (for the record) but I will beat that time easy.

Max, unless you changed up on me I think you're using a Greddy EGT gauge aren't you, as opposed to a wideband O2 sensor? I'm debating between running the Greddy EGT at a cost of 220 vs. dropping the coin on a real wideband O2 meter at about 700-800. I've had some use for the wideband O2 in the past, so I'm tempted to buy something I can use in this car as well as others.

Dear 350Z owners,
We here at ATI thought we would just take a second and chat about some of the quesitons/concerns that you all may have with the kits. But first the staff, as well as myself would like to thank all of you for giving such detailed feed back on our kits. We are all glad to see that HP goals are
being met, if not exceeded. So if I may............
............I hope that this post has helped those of you with the kit, as well of those that are looking at the kit in the future. As stated in the post made in the past, we are all excited about this market, and can't wait to see it grow. Thanks for all your support, now and in the Future.

One of the most frequently used words in business today is "service," and nobody questions its right to that prominence, but "service" is merely a generality unless explained and interpreted with the customer in mind.
If I was hesitant before, not anymore! I am convinced! I was going to wait and see more future results/possible revisions, and maybe even consider the twin turbos in the making.
Once more companies offer computer tuning, injector swaps, etc. there will only more power to be made. The limiting factor right now is the computer, and fuel system.
Therefore, what would some of your recommendations be as alternatives/add-ons to optimize on the procharger in the mean time; yet allow room for future complimentary tuner kits for the procharger?
“Thank you for all your support, now and in the Future!”

Yeah I have a bung tapped into my Headers with an EGT. It reads Exhaust gas temps and translates that to A/F or something like that.
Whatever that is is what I have sorry for the confusion.
It comes with a data box and SS Braid etc, It's technical name is a warning meter hehe that's what the box says. It has a memory mode and lights up when you turn the lights on and has a warning light programmed for whatever temp you store in memory. Oh and it's silver as is my head unit so it's a good match.

Wow.......ATI, thanks for all the info.......that's some good stuff........can i ask some more technical questions, since your here?........i was wondering if it will be possible to to remove one of the cog belts, and still have my car function as normally aspirated?
Dear 350Z'ers,
I would like thank you all for the warm welcome. In all honesty we don't get on here all that offen, so if you need a question answered as fast as possible, there are a few options. For starters contact your dealer, they will always the the first person you should contact as far as questions/or concernes. Secondly we have a tech staff, that is available at 913-338-2886. Or you can always E-mail us at techserv@procharger.com
juggernaut: I suppose you could draw through the kit if you needed to by removing the cog belts, though I can say that you would want to either remove both, or just the main one in the front. Since if it was left, and the blower drive was removed, you will still have the eccentric tensioner still spinning with only a one sided load on it. I wouldn't advise that for bearing longevity. Also another factor to consider is that you are now "pulling" air through an intercooler, tubing, as well as a blower impeller. I would think there would be a bit of N/A HP loss. As to what the exact percentage would be, I have no factual data. We have never tested to "suck" through our system.
Thanks again, for the comments, and questions. I hope that it doesn't offend anyone that we are not on here a lot. I just wanted to let you all know. So that noone would think that we are ignoring anyone.
Sincere Regards,

I can vouch for ATI being VERY VERY busy as can purchasers and Vendors/Installers, so obviuosly every question we ask them is time they could be shipping out chargers and exploring the 9 lb pulley!
Spencer and Mike have done quite a few, DougZ is doing one (the plenum maker) Kieth/Bill @ FFP, and many many others.
Great info, I see their point though sometimes if they are not here you might get the feeling they are ignoring you TRUST ME they are on top of the 350Z SC DAILY and it's very intensive because they make a model for so many different cars.
I applaud them! Vendors here who sell them can chime in too! This is the mod of the year, the year of the Z!

2nd that, Max. ATI has been nothing short of wonderful to deal with. Sandy has always taken my calls (lots of them
) with a helpful and kind attitude!
Dr. Bonz dropped his beautiful Z off yesterday! This time next week it will be an SC'd beast
I Will be taking as many pics as I can during the install and video during the dyno tune. Ed provided me with the cameras to do both, hehe. We also have two more kits in the warehouse waiting and one more on the way!
These things are flying off the shelves and the excitement over them only seems to be growing. I have already talked to 3-4 people about the kits for the G35 as well. ATI has really hit the jackpot with this one!

Make sure you check out the post in events about our dyno day on the 23rd. Would be great to have you there with your new found power!
I received my kit today!!! Fed Ex sucks though.....they shipped my system to the wrong address and had a person other than me sign for it.....I contacted Fed Ex and they contacted the driver and was VERY embarassed and still had the ***** to ask for me to sign it when I shouldve been the only one to sign for the $5K package in the first place.....all in all I am just relieved that its here.....GAME ON!!!!! I already have begun the install and can tell its gonna be a few days until its completed....hope to have dyno numbers up in a few days.....a baseline dyno, a dyno with the Procharger...then with the Borla exhaust and headers...I am interested to see the diff. between MAX's car with the Crawford Plenum and Auto and my 6spd without plenum.....wish me luck!

I have been watching this post on and off and I thought I would share this with you. This is a picture of the Motec Air to Fuel Ratio Monitor that was used on JRitoli's car during his dyno session. Tuning with a Wide-Band O2 sensor is the only way to really know if you are running too lean or too rich.

This is his car on the dyno.
