I actually Run 310cc RC Fuel injectors on my car and they seem to work perfectly. If I had a chance to run them again, I would.
Hey, if Vortech includes them into their kits, then something must be right.

I have chosen to be part of the testing procedure for the 9 pound pulley(s) because of my cars set up and it's an Auto. I currently am only seeing 6.2 with a 7 lb pulley.
It's expensive to retune redyno etc and you may lose your warranty so don't flood ATI with calls and email until all the data is in and their testing procedure is done and you are ready to throw your warranty away. I go before you as a Sacrificial Lamb.
Dyno #'s tommorow hoping to raise the low end and torque and boost. I have the Crawford Plenum, Borla True Dual and Borla Headers. I am the Eggman, I am the Walrus. Stay tuned. This mod is not publicly available so please be patient. This is beta testing ok? This has been a public service announcement. This should help decide the injector issue too.

ebony, i agree with you! if i had the procharger i would have to get it to the track to see what it would run. dyno numbers aren't my thing, but a kick a s s time in the quarter is nice. hopefully someone will go soon!

??? MaxHax... are you saying that the ATI with a 7lb pulley does not void the warranty, but a 9lb pulley probably will?I'm confused. I figured the warranty would be void if Nissan could identify the mod caused the failure... in this case, the amount of boost would be irrelevant whether 7lbs or 9lbs of boost caused you to throw a rod, right?
I mean 7lbs is probably safer, but if not set up right could just as easily cause "warranty-voiding" problems as 9lbs if not set correctly.

ATI just warranty's the blower which is rock solid. The 9lb pulley's ( 2 pulley's same belt) void the ATI warranty. If you make your car 370+rwhp don't expect happy Nissan tech's during warranty work. Keep it stock if you are at all concerned about warranty or wait till it's up. I live on the edge, I am the eggman, I am an idiot ha-ha. Horce Fed wants to charge me labor just to do anything now even to try and fix the crank case issue! I was there 3 hours and left disgusted they said my rings are shot, 2 friends of mine say they are NOT! 8K miles on engine. Car runs great except too much crank case pressure and a miss (maybe from the plugs or avaccum leak?)
I have both pulley's in my hand. My crank case is building up too much pressure anyone here can you help maybe explain why it would do this? I mean it's litteraly blowing oil out the dipstick tube so it's parked for now. All plugs are fowled from all the oil and I can't find plugs either. The ATI manual says copper but where are you supposed to by them? I'm using platinum NGK's one cooler.
ATI we need you back here to answer why my crank case is making so much pressure force FFP won't touch it until I figure out why and it didn't do that until I added the blower. Plus they are going to charge me labor. What good is a warranty?
Also where do we buy copper plugs in stock?
I'm a little peaved.

That does't sound good, with any pressure in the crank case and oil coming out of the dip stick. The only time that happened to me is when I blew my pistons.. It leaked the combustion cylinder pressure back to the crank case with the cracked piston rings..
I am not saying that this is the problem for you, but this was from my experience with oil coming out of the dipstick. Maybe you should do a cylinder compression test.

I am going to check the compression on every cylinder but would that saturate my CAI and drench soak my K&N with engine oild to the point I was told it's uncleanable I need a new one? I only put 50 miles on the car post install when my dipstick shot out of the engine sending 1.5 qts oil everywhere.
So there is no warranty if you use ATI and an ATI Authorized Vendor? They want 3 hours labor just to clean the cai etc. So I ask again, what good is a warranty?
FFP says my rings are shot and are talking a whole ngine rebuild at my expense!
This is NOT my year. A death 3 tickets and now this.

Damn Max! That is definitely no good! That is what they call engine blow by. The rings could possibly be a problem. Why not just get the engine back to stock and tow it on a trailer to an area a little far from you where the local dealer doesn't know who you are? Beats having to buy an engine at your expense. Best of luck bud!
Don't sweat it yet Max.....your rings are just fine.....if Bluefish can run a 225 shot with no ill affects, then i seriously doubt your engine is damaged.......give ATI a chance to address this.......i'm betting that this is a misplaced hose.....the Injen intake had crankcase blowback problems until they put the check valve into the PCV hose.......this sounds like a similar deal, 'cept on steroids.......there is no way a VQ with 8000 miles on it has blow-by
you don't start your car when you chack the compretion,I don't think your pump will flood the engine or send more gas when not needed.depending on how long it takes to remove each sparkplug, you can check your compretion pretty quickly. That suck man,I feel you,I lost compretion in one cyliner on my GTO
Max, I seriously doubt the Procharger is the cause of your problem. Mike and his heavy foot have put over 1K miles on his and he's not had one issue yet.
The first thing to check would be your PCVs. If they are clogged or not working properly, they will not vent the pressure in teh crancase and cause your dipstick to blow out. I don't see how your rings would go at 8k miles. Thats crazy.
Good luck man, let us know what you find out. Get a second or third opinion on that.

Max, sorry to hear about that. Don't know you, but I appreciate your help with the FMU that you gave Doug and such. Let us all know what happened to your engine and why, since many of us now have the procharger. Hopefully its nothing major, missplaced hose etc.. Were you running Nitrous and procharger at the same time ?
This is how this is playing out. I ordered the kit from Mike and ATI and all that went great. I went to FFP with a perfect running car. They said they wouldn't even be touching it that night just parking it. The next day they call frantic wanting to "fax me a Dyno waiver." I said no, I wwant to read it in person out there (because my car was only getting 330HP and 6.2 boost. So I hate to slam FFP but this is what bothers me. Why did they run 5 stock Dyno's and then some blown Dyno's and *THEN* ask me to sign a Dyno waiver? My *opinion* is they knew something didn't go right. If "imports are not their specialty" and I need to "find someome who knows imports now" after damage has been done they shouldn't have accepted the job and they shouldn't have asked me to sign a Dyno waiver AFTER running Dyno's. How did they know how much boost and HP it made before I even consented to Dyno's? Then why ask for a written waiver afterwords?
I am hoping it is not my engine and thousands more dollars but something isn't right with this deal. I was told I was a beta tester for the 9 lb pulley and it was free then today first thing they tell me is that I have to pay for them because ATI sent them COD. It would be different if FFP was working with me to help resolve this issue but they looked at it, saw it blowing oil and sent me packing so obviuosly I wish I had went somewhere where the shop would work with me instead of point fingers at everything else but themselves. Here is where I stand now. If all cylinders are equal and good then my next step (per an authority on this type of stuff) is to check for a pinched hose. I drove an hour out there to be told there is nothing they can do after waiting a full week for "free pulley's" (was there reason for delaying looking at my car) then the first thing I am told today when I ghet there is the pulley's are not free? I will accept the fact that modding your car is a risk but on everything else that occured from the time I turned in my perfectly running car I will reserve judgment. All I can do is hope I get lucky on the engine because FFP already made it clear they are not gonna do a single thing for me for free, not even investigate looking for pinched hoses.
That's it in a nutshell so I hope ATI chimes in. I still would like to know where to buy the copper NGK's specified by the ATI manual too. To others I say check your oil and if your boost is higher than mine be careful and wish me luck or pray for me whichever your beliefs are (me I am praying it's not my engine but a pinched hose or something fixable.)

""Were you running Nitrous and procharger at the same time ?""
Never I ran 4 bottles of 100HP at the crank not rear wheels and that was in May well over a month before turning it in for the blower install. Probably 75HP to the wheels but my N20 was sold long ago and disconnected when I gave them the car it wasn't even hooked up (the N20) and I never tracked it, in fact I never went over 77 mph in the 50 miles it took to fail.
Thanks Paolo!
