What I would like to know is what your AFR was when you dyno'd the car and what your maximum boost is on your gauge. I think another compression test is in order here. BTW: I have the AAM oil return line and spacer for the same reason you have, no blue smoke...

Spacer is not the issue, there are lots of people including me who are running them on the TN kit without issues. It may be your return line routing, but the spacer itself will not cause oil backup and blown turbo seals...
What degree fitting are you using from the return line into the spacer? Straight, 45 degree or 90 degree?
Personally, I would start looking for other culprits.

I think it's the return line being kinked or possibly a pcv issue, not the spacer.
As far as the fitting on the return line, I personally don't think it matters as long as the rest of the return is downhill and not kinked.

Another thing I just noticed after reading your original post is the kit is new. If the kit is brand spanking new it is normal to see or smell smoke on a new kit due to the glue and piping getting hot for a fews days. After a while it will go away so if that is the case wait it out. Other than that make sure there is no 90 degree turns or kinks on the drain lines. Also DO NOT use 90 degree fitting on the drain.

got to the garage last nite put the car back up on the lift looked and checked the oil return line no kinks and or smashed hose, made sure the line was at a downward slop and that it never went below the return hole,lowerd the car back down, took the upper charge pipe off and this is what i found,

[/IMG] this is the pcv line that was pinched on the drivers side, so i took the old hose the kit told you to take off put it back on took a 5/8 barded conncetor and hooked it up that way and it works fine now, when the kit was installed my buddy had done this part no biggie though, so from what i get since this was blocked the block was being pressurized am i right?

Normal for a new kits remember new pipes and such but give it some time. You may even see a small amount of smoke. Did you get the kits with or without the cats? Also glad you found your fix so now go back to happy boosting.
