Man this is awesome. The car is a beast, and has more in it.

Im very happy for you, it has been a rough journey but in the end was well worth it! What was your max boost and power on pump, no meth?

I cant wait till you take delivery of the car, get used to it, and we can meet up

Didn't get to make any max boost numbers yet since the springs limited Dave to ~18psi. He may have some 11lb springs lying around the shop, if so he will swap out and see where things go.

Can't wait to take delivery either. May need some driving lessons too, haven't driven my car in ~7 months, so I'm sure there will be a learning curve. With the power coming on higher up and off the meth I hope its still smooth around town.

Glad you got some seat time in your beast recently. I remember going winters with my Corvette in storage and every spring when I got it out I would remember how much I enjoyed driving it. Hope you get the same feeling for your ride.

chris when is your next run id like to see a dynopull if you dont mind. dave tuned my car and its running top notch.
Ooooo count me for the next pull session if it's a weekend!
Possibly a mid week late night session with the dyno outside in an effort to see what he can do when its not like tuning on the sun. Waiting to get confirmation from Dave on time since I was hoping to attend this one and I need to run down more Meth.

awesome! i thnk i have chosen which gtm stage to get

also, any dragstrip should sell methanol. My local 1/8th has it for 5$ a gallon. No reason to pay shipping for 50% water!

Man I am really happy for you those are some awesome numbers. After all the trials and tribulations it is nice to see the light at the end of the tunnel. This thing is going to be a whole new beast make sure you get use to the power before you crank it wide open. Hopefully I get to check this out in person sometime, I would love to do some highway pulls with you

No. The limit of the intercooler will be reached well before the turbos reach their limit.

As of now IAT's are running VERY consistant.

I would like to come down and see it on the dyno as well. I only got to see optimus prime sitting at the FT BBQ.

Not yet, was toying with upgrading wheels to a 10.5-11.0" out back, but the ones I was looking at were sold. Plus, I just got the credit card bill from last month and I spent $2500 on upgrades (I have no idea what I bought - Drunk+Classifieds = Surprise) that aren't even on the car yet. Tires will be priority one, I just wanted to roast the ones I have down to the belts showing JayZ how to make proper vids

Robbie brings the truth, turbos are nowhere near their max. Dave was right, as usual, the intercooler will become the bottleneck at some point.

One grey area has been made very black and white now. A single Walbro, on the stock power wire, will make over 600whp on a DD with Meth. I may have even made it without the Meth if the springs were bigger.

Still have fuel system upgrades down the road, but we will see what the limits of the current setup are first by just changing the WG springs.

It depends on whether you're running the meth or not.

Remember the boost taper is causing drop off in the last 1000 RPMS.

Not yet. After 6000 the VE of these motors goes to crap without a proper intake manifold. Makes controlling boost at that point is a PITA with a "Duty Cycle" type map. The heavier springs should help to control that a little better. Since we're using all the advanced boost control features, (TPS vs IAT vs Gear vs ECT vs ???) I want to keep spring pressure as light as we can. Going to pick up some big red and big yellow springs today.
