Here is some updates on my car...
I finally got a chance to dyno it on a DJ.... As you all know my plan is 1000 DJ..... Well it made 1006whp @ 26psi. Keeping this car tied down was not easy.FP had problems keeping it from jumping off .... It was harder this time around. The dyno read-out was ugly to say the least... The TQ and fast spool up has caused problems on dyno.... Which has resulted in traction hell on the street. I am getting use to the clutch..... So it's not as bad as the first time I drive it.
Here are my plans for the future .....
I will order a set of ID 2000cc high impedance injectors so that I can use the Racelogic TC. Yokahama is sending some tires.... So I am sure with this .... Traction will not be an issue.
A guy from UAE is buying one of my other cars...He was here the middle of last week closing the deal.... He got a chance to drive the beast and wants to fly back with his brother to look it over. I need the space because I ordered something else. So my plans are to build Beast-2....

He said.... It's not the whp ..... It's the TQ and spool up together that gave him problems. I am going back this month to get it dyno'ed again .... They are going to strap it down a different way ... I will have videos this time because they won't need me to sit in the trunk

Mike,
Nice work....Get that tuner on youtube to see how to strap down a car.
There are a lot of people making more hp/tq than we ever will that can do it with no one in the trunk. Its really the supra style hp curves that cause wheel-spin issues (unless you are running a SC big block motor of course )

Lag is just that false hope you give to others!!!!!!!! (can't wait to get mine back and hoping that false hope isn't too bad)

Yeah... He admitted that he did not expect this from my car.... He is use to cars in the 500 to 700 range...... I am sure he will be ready next time. Remember... Even FP had problems... But the difference is they had a better setup. I have seen 2000whp race trucks being dyno'ed..... But they have a lag which helps....I guess lag is not so bad after all

Thanks Terry... Don't make the mistakes I have made.... Get injectorsc that will work with a good TC system.....the tuner felt so bad that he could not get a good strap down that he did not charge me for hours of work.

I was looking at using the TC system with an external injector driver for the low impedance injectors. Have you looked into this? Any pitfalls that you are aware of?

That was an idea that was presented to me.... But I was told it was not good idea by someone else.... I forgot who.... But it was said that it's just something else to go wrong.... Matter of fact I think it was the guys from Racelogic that mentioned that to me.
At this point... I can't see you getting away with not using a TC. Losing traction at low speeds is not a problem for me..... It's when it happens at 70+ that bothers me.....I think you have 19" wheels ...so you can get sticky/er tires.... Which is part of my problem!!!
Thanks Tyler....
I hope so man.... But even Racelogic feels this is the way to go.
I have a demo GTR that I will keep for 30 days ...1k miles max. After that i will get a demo 370z for the same amount of time and miles. I will then decide .....I am leaning towards the 370 because of the ability AT THIS TIME to make more powa with the MT
I'm going to run into the same issue. Essentially, I have the same motor, but with smaller (faster spooling) turbos. I'm not looking to go beyond 750 whp on the Mustang dyno (which I'm guessing equates to somewhere around 700-725 on Sharif's dyno), so that should help.

Whatever I build has to be 1000+ whp.... Or if i pick the GTR... The min is 800whp DD.....I have not seen that on a GTR as yet.... So 370 is looking good to me at this point.
That's not 100% at this point...... I will come up with a price.... If I can't get it.... I will just park it and sell something else. This car means a lot to me because of this community.... I have ran out of garage space.... Parking sideways is not working anymore....
